Welcome! My name is Joanne and I have invested in real estate in the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia.
I also have experience in developing real estate, including the restoration of a period home; extension and renovation of a farm house; construction of a new country residence (featured in Architect Designed Houses magazine published by the Royal Australian Institute of Architects); subdivision of both rural and suburban properties and strata titling. In my days as a senior public servant, I accrued decades of experience in managing complex projects, sensitive programs and Regional Offices, with responsibility for budgets up to $30m. My favourite investment strategy is to acquire well-priced residential property; renovate it to a high standard; add significant value; then sell for a profit or rent to provide a passive income stream.
